    Pub tug-of-war competition
  • Teams are invited from any local pub. Team members should be from the local area. Strict official rules apply. Winners receive a trophy and a barrel of beer courtesy of the Warwickshire Beer Company. Be prepared for hard competition!

    Warwick Lions Charity Shield Youth Football Challange

    Unfortunately, due to complaints from unknown parents directed at the sponsor following the 2008 competition regarding prize delivery before the agreed presentaion evening, the sponsor has withdrawn their support and we will not be running the competition this year. The sponsor was unhappy that members of their staff should be insulted when a prize of such value was being supplied free of charge. We can only offer our sincere apologies to the sponsor, who has kindly supported the event for several years and provided some great prizes at their own cost.
