Fancy Dress Competition 2013 theme is Children's Books

Prizes for best costume upto 7 & upto 12 age groups

This year we are having a fancy dress competition in the arena which will be judged by the Warwick Mayor and the President of the Warwick Lions Club. Join in the Fun, free to enter.

Again we are building on the popularity of last year's event, making it a fun day out for under 12s. Activities, games and fun competitions as well as entertainment from the Falconry Show, dance groups and dog agility displays. Fun mixed with local based groups and organisations to inspire your children and maybe encourage them to join one of the groups as a hobby of their own.

Warwick Fun Day is aimed to be a low cost summer community event for the under 12s.
The event which is organised entirely by volunteers of the Warwick Lions Club is a fund raising event for the Lions charity. It is Warwick people doing something for our community and is not supported by the Council as Kenilworth Show is. Last year as well as paying for the arena acts, we still raised around a £1000 (mainly from the supporters of our programme) of which 90% of all the money raised is used for local good causes.
